I remember closing down TTT a bunch of times back in 81-84. They would close the night with "You don't have to call be Darlin". After a bunch of $1.75 pitchers, I can't remember the "chants" that were yelled during the song, but I recall there being some. I do remember everyone singing to the top of their lungs.
Thanks for reminding me of that. Good (if not somewhat foggy) memories.

was a group of folks that would hop up, straddle the bar, and paddle the canoe. Pretty dern funny. They would paddle on the same side until someone yelled "switch", when they would all change to the other side.
Not long after that would be the nightly "If you're sitting down, stand up. If you're standing up, get the beep out!"
