Milk isn't one of my favorite things to drink, but it is one of the first things we have for survival at the beginning of our life, and knowing that, I feel that a good at least a 2% milk is better for us over not having any milk at all, and I personally try to drink a 8oz class in the morning, or just have it with a bowl of regular corn flakes bc being a diabetic, I can't have any of the really good tasting sweet cereals like frosted flakes or honey nut cheerios!!!;) But I am a believer that milk does the body good!!! :)
