Definitely better today than yesterday and 2 weeks ago. Good workout against VA and good opportunity to develop some toughness, focusing on their main job: to win games and take another step towards a National championship.

Well, we now know the team made this social justice video...

instead of preparing for UVA. It showed on the field. A young and much less talented Hoo team went blow for blow with this soft Tiger team for much of the game. Clemson coaches will now build to the playoffs, and football players not social justice politicians will be given the reps and will be expected to make the key plays.

Ugh. Just be proud of these young guys for standing up for what they believe in

There's nothing to be proud of there . . .

. . . it's just all naivety and groupthink. We can respect them as people generally, and as students and players that handle there school and athletics with focus and responsibility . . . but being let around by the nose by the cultural Zeitgeist is nothing admirable.

Yeah I'm sure if they were screaming for more border enforcement or for an end to abortions you'd be cheering on them for "standing up for what they believe in" instead of calling for them to be thrown off campus and cancelled for the rest of their life, whch is how the left usually reacts to anyone having an opinion different than their own.

Virginia is the defending division champs for a reason and they showed that tonight by losing 41-17 to our 1's.

Remember 2016? Unranked Pittsburgh walked into our house and slugged us in the mouth by dropping 43 points on us in an embarrassing loss. We went on to shut Ohio State out in the semis and beat a REALLY good Alabama team for a national championship. There are lumps to take and lessons to learn over the course of a season, and you pray that you get to experience those in a win like the one tonight. And you are an idiot if you think social justice interfered in any way with the preparation for this game.

Well, everybody should be able to express themselves. I noticed Lawrence and Bresee chose not participate, I think they did that so nobody felt like they HAD to have a statement name....that’s leadership in its own right. How about we come out next week with no names like Penn State made famous? That would be a good look.

This issue is far more complicated than any of you know, and the array of factors involved are way, way beyond your ability to comprehend. Y'all have made your point to the extent you can, so stop wasting time on this useless pablum and focus on football.
