The PAW was a few years old by this time but we were still using the old tiger in the jump circle. Don’t get me wrong, love the paw but miss the tiger from all the program covers.

the scene. Fear the 'Fro!

I doubt there has ever been a more drastic season to season improvement in a college basketball team than the one Clemson made when Tree and his mates arrived. We went from Blah to Bling overnight. You had to get to Littlejohn a couple of hours ahead of time if you wanted to have a shot at sitting in the "Rabble Rousers" student section. Good Times!

We got put on probation about this time. But we still saw some great ball. My friends an I had to get there two hours before the game to get seats within two rows from the floor. During a game with Maryland we met and talked with Coach Lefty Driesell's Daughter. Lefty had a cast on his foot from kicking a chair the week before.

#10, middle front row, is Lee anderson, zion's step dad. first row far right is randy gray, #44. foster brought in gray and chubby wells (2nd from left, back row) just before our probation and 'ship reduction started. gray didn't last long, but he rivaled murray jarman in leaping ability. missed like 3 acc homes games since the 72-73 seaon, so i've seen them all. best leapers as tigers- jarman, gray, marvin dickerson, kj mcdaniels, sam perry (if healthy), bryan narcisse, derrick forrest. honorable mention- vinnie hamilton, andre bovain, rayfield ragland, stan rome.

Back in the period when teams hated to come to Littlejohn the way they hate to come to The Valley today. Miss those years.
