No denying that. IMO, and it's only my opinion, most would benefit from staying for another year. I know, some have graduated. That won't mean a thing in.re. their draft pick, but it will, at least, help them with their life after football.

First hit the film room watch the national championship game from this year until it is seared into your mind. And in the words of Wesley Snipes "USE IT"

Oh man, this is great news. With Jack the Giant onboard, this is an instant upgrade on the OL.

Now just got to keep the fingers crossed on the 3 power rangers.

Hyatt’s return is huge because it will allow Carmen not to feel the pressure of being the man at left tackle. Maybe Carmen plays a guard or right tackle for a year or at least part of it. Now let’s hope that we can get at least one d-end back.

That's too bad

for the ACC, Coots, and the rest of CFB. Huge plus for Clemson!

I think that is a great decision. We need our offensive linemen and if he wanted an education coming in he should stay and get his degree. Football doesn’t last forever

Jackson Carman will be a freshman All-American at RT and this line will be down right filthy.

Huge get for late signing period! Now coaches can see if

Carman is a guard or tackle without having to throw him in right off the bat.

Finally an intelligent decision based on . .

I predict he makes the jump that Beas(t)ley did during his last year!! He went from solid NFL prospect to BEAST. If Hyatt was a 5* when he showed up as a freshman , then he must be an 8* now. Time to get ready for 2018!

Huge news!

Posted: Jan 10, 2018, 5:45 PM

Big boost for the 2018 line

Jackson Carman

Posted: Jan 10, 2018, 5:46 PM

2017; There was absolutely no consistency at RT. I would love to see Carman come in
and lock down the right tackle spot and move Pollard inside at RG with Simpson at LG.

With that said, there's an article on TCI that has Carman at LG, Simpson at RG and
Pollard and Anchrum at RT. I really think the tackles need shored up.

Just my input.

Good job Vickery Hall!

Let's graduate these players in 4.5 years instead of 3.5. Keep those that want to receive their degree a little longer. Finally some outside the box thinking.

This is very good news. Some of the others will wish they had stayed when the draft is done, but I hope I'm wrong, and they go early and make lots of money. Time will tell.

Smart man!

Iffy decision

Posted: Jan 10, 2018, 11:31 PM

On one hand he can graduate and help Clemson compete for a natty..
But now it delays the process of developing McFadden in game time situations.
Also his draft stock actually is lower next year due to the extremely rare draft
class fill of quality tackles. I feel he will get drafted and maybe p!ay RT or guard
in the league.. But his decision makes Clemson a serious contender next year

yeah, that was good move, defintely someone who will benefit by another year,

I hope this unexpected recruit can learn the playbook
