There's never been a better time to reach into California for prospects. USC is weak and head coach Clay Helton is horrible. UCLA's Chip Kelly is a failed experiment and he's a terrible recruiter. The only up and coming team is Oregon and being a Duck is not for everyone. Utah is beautiful, but who wants to be dominated by a bunch of Mormons? I can see why Californians are leaving by the truckloads.
