five preseason goals is off the table. "Win the State" could have only been accomplished if we had played Coastal Carolina this year instead of the Coots, anyway. :(

As always, this is an elimination game for the Playoffs pure and simple. Because of national bias, the ACC Champion must be undefeated to make it to the Playoffs but it certainly helps both Clemson and Notre Dame that a potential 1 loss would be to the winner of this game.

Not true. Clemson lost to Pitt in 2016 and to Syracuse in 2017 and still made the playoffs.
