TE commitment

I trust coaches but are we out of the picture for the big star TE from Texas? With a small class big boys better come on board before the spots are filled. This guy jumped in as soon as he got the offer

to a 3 star and #23 TE in the country already. He'll rise even further as he plays his Senior season.

coaches saw a lot of upside with this commit. He's fairly new at playing football but is a freak athlete and very similar to JL. I expect him to redshirt and be a contributor down the road.

Pretty sure the guy who committed would be a redshirt guy who contributed down the road.

We are in no need for an instant starter but will take another one this cycle or next. The TX TE is an oversign type talent.

So we got our guy for the roster numbers and another is icing on the cake.

Even then it would've been tough to grab a kid from Texas. I like this commitment and allows us to move on.

He may be the best TE in the country before it is done.

Looks like a great athlete with good hands. Seems like a great commitment to me for the Tigers.

This is a strong take, even with limited space in the class. As he continues to refine his fundamentals, his rankings will rise meteorically; his athleticism is top-notch and he's a natural hands catcher. Also see some good potential as a blocker, albeit against weaker competition
