As you may know, The developers of HHI first advertised their jewel to people from Ohio & maybe Pa to come visit..

and they did and probably now own more real estate (big asss homes) in the area.

The old South & its slow couteous lifestyle here is fastly being replaced with them those people!

It’s their lucky day, I just stumbled across a stash of 10,000 razor blades, some of them may have to share.......where should I drop them off?

Down here in Berkeley County, those people are moving in much faster than the local birth rate. Their solution to the traffic and school problems are to raise property taxes to the levels of the places they just left. No doubt, they have driven up the demand, and the cost, for Clemson football tickets as well as sending their Yankee offspring to in-state schools. The South I grew up in is being driven further and further away from our cities. Retirement next year will get me back into the woods and away from this growth. Go TIGERS!, beat Bama again.
