He's got two National Championship rings as a Tiger, I don't think so. He wore a Carolina shirt once to a basketball game and people around here act like he committed a crime against humanity.

Hard to really tell what they're doing, especially Week 1.
The coaches, I am certain, have a plan. They just haven't necessarily told us about it...or the players involved, for that matters.
I'd have definitely figured it'd have been Ladsen and Ngata starting on the outside...and it could well be, at some point in the season. Until then...well. Who knows?
The guy I'm really curious about is Amari. He never really seemed comfortable in the slot last year but he also didn't get much of a camp and was never 100% because he was coming back from that knee injury. But now he's probably a lot closer to fully healed and he's had a good bit of time - and, incidentally, Tyler Grisham to tutor him, which is a pretty durn good tutor to have - on how to play the slot; I wonder if we might see a very different guy there this year. I really do hope so; the slot has always been Clemson's big hidden edge, pretty much a first down whenever we wanted one. The difference is if Amari can get that first down, he's a real threat to also get a whole lot more afterward too because he's a lot more explosive than the other slot guys we've had recently...even Renfrow, Humphries, and (cough) Tyler Grisham himself.
Be lovely if Clemson can work the middle of the field again. Braden Galloway probably helps us there too.

I'm thinking we're gonna see a ton of running and some insane defense as the passing game evolves over the season. Similar to letting the kids gloves off TL as his freshmen season went along, except with wr's this year. Defense is going to be dominant
