We should have offered him earlier... Our down trend started around his departure and he's done great at Florida against better competition. Even with a few young teams

Maybe because your posts are idiotic and you know nothing about the subject. He took over Florida - his first and only head coaching job in 2008. So when exactly should we have fired Jack to offer him. In 2010 when we finished 3rd in the CWS? Or perhaps 2013, only the season before last, when Florida finished with a losing f*cking record.
