Student gooberment can't be trusted with ticket distribution

This is clearly a job for tigernet.

Each student should post a request on tnet, with pigs, and a short essay on why they should get a ticket.

Then tnet votes.

Student government really don't have any power. The administration allowed this ( or maybe they arranged it – how could we really know? ) only so they can blame the status for not showing up so they can move them to the upper deck. Or start charging them for tickets . Then they can update the end zone and sell tickets to make more money. Pretty ingenious.
