I've been filling it out frequently but I feel confident it has their attention. They know the people want it, heck the people demand it. I feel good they will strike a deal in the coming weeks.

I too have been filling out the form, but I think what'd get their attention more is calling the customer service line(888-516-1123) and speaking to a rep and telling them you will be looking for another provider if they do not offer the ACC Network.
