He got a Craftsman stainless steel shop vac from me. No idea why he wanted it since he doesnt work in the garage or much around the house.
Whatever makes him happy.

I use my old one in my dust abatement system for my wood working tools and wanted this one so I could do general clean up without having to take everything apart.
Can I adopt you? Stainless sounds a lot nicer than the plastic Lowes model I got.

I didnt even look at the cost comparison between models until just now. The stainless had less HP and less capacity than most of the plastic ones.
If I had done the research behind this rather than just buying what my dad wanted, I probably would have stuck with the plastic ones.

Best: Cuisinart food processor - it's on our wedding registry - and MAN that thing can grate some potatoes/cheese fast, pretty amazing.
Worst: Gift card to Hu Hot Mongolian grill *fart*
Unexpected/awesome: Lower receiver and grip to build my first AR (gift from fellow junger btw)
p.s. anybody want to buy a $50 gift card to HuHot for $40? It's really awesome

It's a late present but he found a house on 11 acres. He and his wife are students at G'ville Tech, his baby brother starts classes at Clemson next term. He will enroll in Clemson about this time next year.
My prayers are answered, I'm moving back to God's country in a couple of weeks.

I did end up with this paddle with a piece of slate in it. One Aero-lady said, "NO WAY, your hand is enough." Another said, "Well that could be intersting."
