I will not put money on the Heisman but if I did, I would not vote for Lawrence.

We saw last year that Bama will let Tua run up the stats when the other team is outmatched.

Dabo did not necessarily let Trevor do that. Best example was the Louisville game where we could have done anything we wanted but Trevor left the game with less than 200 yards.

By the end of the season numbers play a big part of the vote regardless of who the best player is.

Rarely does a QB win the Heisman and turn out to be a good NFL QB or even get drafted in the top 10. Very different criteria for determining “Heisman front runner” vs “NFL ready.”

TL probably won’t be able to generate the stats to win the Heisman. Some QB will pass for 30 and run for 20, and that’s more exciting so he will win the Heisman. It’s simply how it works.

The Heisman stopped being a big deal for me when Mr. Crab legs won it. Imo. It doesn't mean what it used to.

Also you have to think about all the touches Etienne is going to get. I don't thin T Law will have the play time. He should probably be out of all of our games by atleast the third quarter.
