Is he still the #1 WR?

He was wearing #2 last game.***

Sammy is clearly a great reciever

But it'll take more than him to win games. Several recievers will have to step up.

As much talent as Sammy has , I will say this. He had a nice catch and run against UGA but I'd like to see a little more from him . Ever since his freshman campaign it seems like he hasn't quite come on like we keep hoping for. He has done fine this season for most people but I kinda would like to see a little more from him. I think he has it in him to do that.

I know, he's fallen all to pieces since his freshman year.

He probably fell to the # 7 spot in the draft and his signing bonus won't be more than three or four million bucks. It's a real shame to see that happen.

What are you talking about? The UGA game was classic Sammy.

Sometimes he's #2

sometimes #9 and sometimes #5. He's very versatile to the point of inconsistency in his position number - particularly when he's on the kick receiving team and is told to defer the choice after we win the coin toss and he's supposed to fumble so we can get a pick, idea being to run back the pick - a faster way of scoring than being on offense......... :)

Is that perfectly clear?

I really thought we would see some more of Sammy last week against SC State.

We know what Sammy does and the coaches know what he does better than we do. I say they were really focused on getting 2nd and 3rd team guys game experience. Evidenced by the 83 players that saw the field. Sammy will get plenty of time next Thursday at NC State and beyond.

GO TIGERS!!!

Not sure

but some teams may have told their safeties and corners that he will run by you if you let him. Occasionally they still forget!

Bryant is #1.***

Nah... he just wears that number to fool the defense...

Sep 12, 2013, 12:33 PM

he's really #9 and sometimes #2 - I'd hate to have to play against him when he's switching all those numbers around...... I'd be confused.
