Something is Funny w/This Tua Story

I wonder if he is playing, like DW4 did, with a more serious injury. The looks on his parents' faces were not those of a kid who, to quote Satan, "Could Go Back In".

I suspect Hurts will start next week and then as they come out of the Bye Week there is some cryptic messaging on Tua.

NOTE - I am not wishing any of this on Tua, I just believe Satan is playing games here.

Something is definitely funny. Why would his parents join him in the medical tent if something wasn't going on? I hope for his safety and career that Satan does the right thing.

I agree. Saban was pretty obviously soft-soaping the extent of the injury - he is not a good liar - and Tua looked more than a little shaken after he got out.

I think you're absolutely right, and I think it's his ACL. I also think that's exactly why Hurts didn't transfer - because he knows Tua isn't going to make it much longer and it's going to be Hurts running the show down the stretch.
