Korey Foreman, Tristian Leigh

Jul 8, 2020, 12:01 PM

Per KornCOOTS

One-time Clemson commitment DE Korey Foreman of Corona, CA plans to name a top seven on Wednesday. Foreman, who has been ranked as the top player in the 2021 class, committed to Clemson last January and decommitted three months later. At that time, Foreman said he wanted to take other official visits, and Dabo Swinney does not allow his commitments to take other visits, thus the decision to decommit. At the time of his commitment, Foreman had a lead group of Clemson, LSU, Southern Cal, Oregon, Ohio State, Georgia and Alabama, Despite the decommitment, Foreman said he would continue to consider Clemson as one of his options.

Clemson target OT Tristan Leigh of Fairfax, VA took an unofficial visit to Florida State Tuesday according to Josh Newburg of 247Sports. And Newburg also reported another Clemson offensive tackle target, Amarius Mims of Cochran, GA, plans to visit Florida State the end of this week or next week. Despite a recruiting dead period being in place, recruits can make unofficial visits to schools but cannot have in-person interaction with staff members.

So FSU staff will have no contact with the 2 recruits on these visits? Let's keep an eye out.
