With MSU and OK winning, you guys may be left out. Ohio St, Oregon and Oklahoma all have records equal or better than Clemson and all will be ranked higher than Clemson. The ONLY way ya'll end up in the Orange will be b/c of the bowl agreement btw the Acc and the Orange Bowl. Couldn't think of a more fitting end to the BCS. To see Oregon hang 70 on you guys. Looks like you got lucky and dodged Alabama.
That said, won't deny that I'm super disappointed that we lost to UT and it cost us big time.

You guys make such good, sound arguments. You should be dancing in the streets. No Alabama in the bowl game.
Seriously, what evidence have you seen that indicates that your defense could stop either Oregon or Alabama? No smack. You couldn't stop a mediocre SC offense. You think you've got what it takes to hang with the speed of Oregon.
Maybe you guys will get lucky and draw Oklahoma or Ohio State. And we'll be just down in road in lovely Orlando, not Tampa.

I can't tell due to our history and how we are relevant in the BCS @ week 15!
BTW, Duke beat us after Miami when we broke Miami's home winning streak. That did not make relevant or place them in the history books that year.

Duke hasn't beaten SC since 83... can CU say that? You guys love stats that originated from the days of leather helmets and no forward passes. SC is 10-3-1 last 14 they've played over 30 years.

only as it relates to a 13th ranked team getting into a BCS game over at least 5 other more deserving teams. Twist it all you want, when you play in a conference with only 2 capable teams, you don't have to worry about getting squeezed out. Ya'll are riding the short bus to the front of the line.

..at the end of the day Sc still can't climb out of the hole they've been in forever; this year no division title, no conference title, no BCS game, no major bowl. In the midst of their golden years they still have nothing to show for it....while we'll end up in the Orange Bowl and them in the OutHouse Bowl...

You're right. That is my big complaint about the Spurrier era. He gets us wins over most of the SEC and over you guys, but that's a consolation prize. When he leaves, will we look back and say that all he got us was one SEC East title in a season when we still had 5 losses? Won't deny my feelings on that.
Let me repeat. Beating Clemson has become a consolation prize for me. I become less interested in beating ya'll each year that he doesn't get us the SECCG.

..a grand total of 6 SEC titles, the last outright in *1963*. Miss State has a grand total of *2*, the last outright title won in 1941. Kentucky was won 2, their last in 1976. Vandy has never won one and Arkansas has 2. That's the group SC is now a member of....

Yea, if you stick around here long enough, this brain trust is convinced despite 5 straight losses by double digits that they are still the better team. I guess when you force turnovers, it says you're a lesser team. We should have apologized and gave the ball back. Then they'll use the fact that the retarded BCS rules that doesn't take the 10 best teams but makes room for those that ride the short bus is what validates them....
