And a complete waste of time and effort. Why even bother? The drum's presence (or lack thereof) at a venue 2 miles from the stadium isn't going to confer some sort of magical power to their team.

Why bother! One well placed crossbow bolt from the woods across the lake between 93 & the rowing center ought to get it done. We have to think cheap with all the shutdown issues lately!

We don't take any traditions with us that impede on the home team's fan experience (actually, I don't know of anyone that does, other than those strictly within the team itself) - not cool that they should do it, even if it is a largely FSU fan area. Just a recipe for something bad to happen. No need to risk being intrusive or anything.

I agree, this could be dangerous if someone gets to much sauce, tailgating all day, 8pm kickoff, Drum beating causing headache, not a good recipe for FSU.
