How soon will Watson be on the field ?

In a close game if Cole is having problems getting the O moving. You think Dabo will put Watson in? Our will it be a couple of designed plays to throw the Dawg D off?

So in other words the best most productive QB will play. As long as Cole is doing a good job, Watson will get mop up duty.

against UGA. Dabo made no exceptions; he did not say if we have a big lead or if Cole is playing poorly. He just said Watson will play, and he made it clear that when he plays, he won't just be in there to run a specific, limited package. It's very possible that Cole could be playing well and the game could be close; based on what Dabo said, Watson will play under those circumstances. Maybe Dabo goes back on that, I guess we'll see, but it sounds to me like Watson will play no matter what.
And of course the guy that coaches think gives us the best chance to win will play as long as the game is on the line. It sounds to me like they are confident in both QBs.

If you don't score on your first two series, I think you have to bring him in on the 3rd. Truthfully, DW scares me more than Stoudt and I am glad we don't have to deal with him next year.

DW needs experience if you want a Natty, you need someone to emerge and that is the opportunity. I don't see you getting there with Stoudt alone. DW is your best chance at a Natty, why wait? You need "something more" against FSU and USCjr and Stoudt isn't it imo. We don't know who our future is yet, so no need to rush our changes. You can keep this post and throw it in my face if Cole wins you a Natty
