is a better bowl for Clemson than the Orange vs. Louisville. The question, which has already been discussed somewhat, is would you rather win the ACC and play in a crappier bowl, or still finish 11-1 and play in a better bowl?
Which is better? [Results]

Win the ACC and play a less attractive opponent in a crappier bowl? |

Not win the ACC but still finish 11-1, and play in a better bowl? |

I don't see FSU getting beat, I say we win out settle for state championship, and hopefully get enough respect to face the Dawgs in New Orleans! Better opponent, two great fan bases, Rivalry Renewed a year early! Best of three the next three years for bragging rights with them!

If Boise St. finishes in the Top 16, they will get the automatic bid.

Normally I would agree with you but this year I would much rather have a better bowl.. since ACC is getting such disrespect. I would rather finish 11-1 and beat a good SEC (Georgia) team in a better bowl... that is better for us in the long run... much better...

Florida State team.... they are going to win out. There is no shame is us losing to them. We need to win out, get a better bowl then beat the crap out of Georgia.

Us against Georgia would be great, especially if we kick some bulldog A$$.

Hopefully both us and FSU can win out and we can get an at-large bid. It'd be great if we could beat a 11-2 UGA team and FSU beat an undefeated Louisville squad.

comparing the Sugar and the Orange Bowls? They are both great bowls. The Orange Bowl is (given the match-ups listed) a less interesting opponent to most Tiger fans, but easier for most Tiger fans to get to.
But come on. Always take the championship.

While the Sugar is more alluring than another trip to the Orange with a lower rate opponent (especially after last year), it's important to also consider this. A loss to GA in New Orleans will sting just as much as another Orange Bowl loss. A win in the Sugar may seem sweeter at the time, but it doesn't come with a conference championship banner that will last forever.
Point is, 11-1 on November 25 is the important thing - ACCCG game or not.
