I keep seeing post that he hasn’t signed, is that true? He has until April 1st to sign, will his mom drag it out that long? I guess his mom is afraid of losing all the attention, I think she has some kind of issues.

Doesn't the LOI have to go through the NCAA clearing house before any commit is declared eligible? If there is no signed LOI the commit can't seek enrolment in any NCAA school.

Has Burch found a loophole that he is using to his advantage? If UofSC is holding his scholarship for him , does he have to sign the LOI? Without the LOI, is he able to transfer and play immediately elsewhere? I am thinking he is going to play for the chickens but, is leaving the door open in case Muskrat is fired.

Maybe his SAT score is too low to get admitted. I heard Clowneys was low, but he miraculously got straight A's his senior year, while allowed him to get accepted. I guess in private schools they will graduate you, but won't give you fake A's.

Why would academics prevent him from signing the LOI? Not signing it wouldn't help improve his grades. Signing it wouldn't prevent him from being about to go JUCO.

At what point do you cut bait and move on? How long would they let a three star do this? How long would we let Burch do this? I get he is a highly rated recruit, but what kind of drama is he bringing to a team with these kinds of antics before he has even gotten on campus? What does it say to all of their other recruits that signed their LOIs?

He is the 2nd highest rated player that would have ever signed with them. They will hang on to the bitter end and I have also heard that this is academically driven.
