There is nothing questionable about the call. The video shows it hit the OU player’s leg before it goes ten yards. Also it’s obvious that the contact is what caused the ball’s trajectory to drastically change. OU didn’t lose that game because of not recovering the kick. OU lost because they played like hot garbage for 3 quarters.

OU broadcasters claiming the Sooner player was illegally blocked into the ball before he had crossed the 10-yard touch line. Haven't seen the replay myself, but if excuse-making can get you a CFP spot, I'm sure we'll hear more.
