New year and we havnt earned number 1???? But...... Bama is and the played who???? Some serious double standards going on here.
2 out of the last 3 national titles, defending champs and winners of 21 straight. I dont think anyone else has a stronger case.

This is the same Finedumb that said last year, the week of the Playoff Team picks, " Oklahoma, Georgia and Ohio State are the only teams that can make a move on Alabama. Clemson has gone backwards with their schedule and the QB situation they aren't really in the conversation."
As I've asked many times before, why would anyone even care, ESPN, what this lame brain has to say? I used to watch his show occasionally, however since he's started his constant Clemson bashing, and even the State of S.C. bashing, I would watch reruns of "the Golden Girls" before I would turn on his show. I hope all of you join me in tuning in ACCN instead of "the Dumbo Show", pun intended!!

All that really counts is that you are in the Top 4 after Dec. 7th. Everything else is superfluous.

There are only a few elite programs in college football right now. It’s hard for any of us to play a better schedule. All those other teams need to step up.

2 of 3 last national titles and 21 straight is meaningless as far as who should be 1. I dont get why that is even mentioned. In 2019 we are 6-0 and havent always looked that great vs weak competition. Should we be 1? Should we be 7? Who knows? There are 7 undefeated teams. One thing is for sure is that in the end it all pretty much sorts itself out with play on the field. It doesnt matter who is 1 now.

Next week tOSU play Wisconsin, so we will have 1 less undefeated team.
Then on 11/9 PSU plays Minnesota and 11/23 PSU plays tOSU, so that should eliminate 1-2 more teams.
Bama plays LSU on 11/9, so 1 more goes down.
OU plays Baylor on 11/16, so 1 more goes away.
The picture will become way more clear in 4-5 weeks.
