I saw what I'm pretty sure are real photos of this guy's van, closeup, and Clemson is on it, in a national ranking of soccer teams.
Saw it on twitter on my phone, can't show you a link.

But the close-up ones I've seen, and you're probably seeing, are from some guy on Twitter who took a picture of the van in traffic some time ago. It looks to me, from the picture attached above, that the guy may have added a couple of stickers to the back windows since those close-up ones were taken. I can tell that the top of the back window is unchanged (that's where those ACC soccer rankings are) but the bottom half looks like additional stickers have been added, covering up what used to be mainly text about soccer.
