Why would anyone skip the playoff? Players skip meaningless bowls.

whenever that may be - we will have players sit out the bowl game. I just hope our fan base is mature enough not to turn on them.

That’s orange sunglasses delusional thinking. I’m shocked at nothing these days. A couple who never play may want to get an early start on the transfer process this year. And, as the other poster mentioned, the first time we miss the playoffs look for several. That’s the nature of the sport in these times.
