Serious question about this forum

Why are there no rules at all over multiple new threads about the same topic? If for instance, you wanted to discuss anything not related to Bryant right now it would easily get lost in the shuffle. If the topics on Bryant were combined into a few threads then people could discuss that there, and it would be easier to discuss other things.

It's even more frustrating when coming here while a game is being played. Say we score a touchdown, there will be 20 new threads started simply to say we scored a touchdown, and any other topic from that day is quickly pushed back several pages and likely lost forever.

Instead of someone having an opinion to add about something and posting it under a topic already discussing that thread, everyone seems to feel the need to make their own special thread about it.

1. Suggest staying off Tigernet during game. Very frustrating and sometimes annoying.

2. There are no rules in a knife fight.

3. No more serious questions.. it makes my head hurt.

As to item #2, did anyone inform the football in lot 1?

Not sure how you would resolve it. It’s self regulated and you can’t tell whether or not it’s a different subject. It’s an ongoing problem.

Just Like taxes, there are loop holes and people would find them and get around it. You just weed through and read what you think would interest you. Eventually you'll be fine certain posters you like and stick with them. Enjoy TNet as best as possible and root hard for the Tigers!!

If pigs are so smart, why do 66% of them use weak and inferior materials during construction?

Is the premium board active on here?

I highly recommend TigerActive Chat.

That's where all the real action is.

Just get in right with the Tnet Royalty.

The system is to get with the “in crowd” who just keep bumping each other’s posts back up to the top over and over.

Another benefit of that is one day you might have a gazillion points and qualify for the FREE STEAK KNIVES!

Please let us know who the in crowd is. I'd like to join.

You are already in. You are in once you reach 5 years

maintaining 100%. Nobody has made it to 20 years and 100% yet, that's when you get a cutting board to go with your steak knives.

I agree. Cockytalk has a much better layout that I wish this board would move towards. There is one thread per topic and if you post a new thread on it it is deleted. During games there is a “game thread” that all posts go in.

Nobody cares about cockytalk.

You want organization and singular threads

For each topic. Moderated by real azzwholes who don't take kindly to rival fanbases whether they have a legit football discussion or not! And don't seem to disappear for days on end.

Geez. Check your man card dude. You gotta have a rule for everything? Square your shoulders and go get some. It’s social media. Other than promoting the general morale of Clemson teams and family you really think any of this matters?

Yes, tnet doesn't operate like other forums that I participate in. Normally the mods keep the topics organized under one thread but it's a free for all here. Annoying until you get used to it,. I just accept it and move on. I avoid tnet during games. You can bump the topics you are interested in and hope others will join the discussion.

Just keep replying to your own thread like...
