The question wasn't about SCOTUS. The question was whether he would accept losing the election. SCOTUS only gets involved after someone challenges the results.
Can you even imagine a Trump concession speech if Biden wins?

When Trump wins, the point is mute. If the unforeseeable happens, he'll leave. His transition will provide as much help to Biden as Obama helped him. Very little.
I've been in that position at work before when replacing a person that was removed for poor performance. No turnover at all. Just fly by the seat of your pants until you figure it out. In my job, I just followed the procedures. As far as a president, follow the constitution, if the democrats believe in our constitution. Plus Biden has already been 2nd in command, he's got it, if he can remember.
