Season Ticket Renewal

Has anyone successfully renewed their season tix yet using the IPTAY website? Been trying for the past hour, but when I go to checkout it tries to make me register as a new user. I think the real mystery here is how, after a decade plus of being live, the IPTAY website is still complete garbage.

I finally gave up and called the ticket office. I was trying to order my 2 renewals but the order was totaling up for 4.

I had the same problem. IPTAY told me to empty the cart, sign out and then log back in. It worked for me when I did that.

Nothing but problems for me. Best is the Standard is CLEARLY

not an IPTAY mantra.

They have 16 to 18 year olds answering the phones. Of a 60 million dollar enterprise.

And the website IS complete garbage.
