SEC homers use the schedule argument both ways:

When they win: “Our SEC schedule prepared us for this game.”
When they lose: “The SEC schedule is such a gauntlet we were too beaten up from it to win.”

Regardless of the argument this year, a few things are certain:

Clemson is 15-0
Clemson destroyed Bama for the natty
Clemson was 3-0 against the SEC
Clemson still hasn’t played anyone

The one that gets me is if a lowly SEC team beats a good SEC team it is because the league is tough. If that happens with like ACC teams it is because the league is weak. I have heard this gibberish utter over and over by the ESPN bozos for years

All it took was one school, Clemson, to get to this point where getting all of those elite players with the intelligence to match to come to one place instead of having them spread all over the country.

They also said that UGAY gave us the blueprint to beat Alabama. To me this is the most idiotic statement of them all. UGAY can't beat Bama. Despite the fact that we played them close in the first natty and beat them in the second-we don't get credit for knowing how to beat them. They consider UGAY to be an elite team now because they played bama close twice and had two good recruiting classes. They have averaged at least a top five class for the last ten years. Still haven't won anything. Only reason the won the sec two years ago was because bama didn't get to the sec championship game.

UGA gave us nothing to beat Bama. UGA doesn’t have Trevor Lawrence&Co. We would’ve lost with their players and our game plan because they don’t have the athletes to execute.
