5 Bama players have already entered the Portal BEFORE NSD. While it's easy to think they are just leaving town on their OWN , to me, it looks like Saban has found a way to use it ? Maybe ? Roster Management SEC style?

the number of players who actually make the field during the season it begins to look like scholarships are spent on tryouts instead of actually making commitments to serve player needs. The NCAA just simplified Saban's madness.
I bet if you check out player's who actually played in this past season you'll find few if any in the transfer portal. Saban dumps them en mass.

All SEC team recycle their players. The thing with Bama players they are all 4-5* players. You have some studs like Alvin Kamara that just don't fit the scheme or other players that don't mature as quickly and are replaced by 5* players but if they were at Clemson they would be developed into a top 3 round player.
The ones that you hear about are the 2-3* players at US05C's, FL, aTm's that get kickout for Rosta-Room
