We dropped to talking bad about their basketball? Look you guys are Tigers and I love you, but dont go down this path. Nothing will make us feel better about 5 in a row... trying desperately to find something to make us feel better heads toward pathetic.. and I dont want that for any of us.

I think most SC fans would love to have a good basketball team, but Darrin Horn sucked the life out of the program. SC fans will support any average team, but the Gamecocks have been unwatchable the past few seasons.
Martin SHOULD have them competing for NCAA appearances soon. Half of the team is comprised of freshmen.
I just didn't know Clemson fans talked trash about basketball now. OP had some great, great teams but c'mon. Ironically, SC holds the series lead in basketball, but not in football and basketball. However, that has little to do with the present.

I just know that sometimes/often history is not indicative of current or future results.
I know that Clemson has a better series record in baseball but I certainly wouldn't trade our program for yours.
In basketball right now my Gamecocks are in a deep pit, we will see if Frank Martin can dig us out.

Wow....that statement just erased the 5 game losing streak in football. It even took away from our back to back national titles in baseball. I love these proxy wins that you guys claim....if you can't beat them....find some way to degrade them.....your dog is better than mine...your dad can beat up my dad.... college football fans....gotta love em...

South Carolina has won a ACC tournament and they have beat North Carolina in Chapel Hill something Clemson still has not done in the forty four years after South Carolina left the conference. Now that is some History!
