not because he needs to be, but because he read somewhere that gluten free is healthier for you and he is just that dedicated to his body - true story. He just needs a kid.

Unless you have Celiac Disease, a gluten-free diet does absolutely nothing for you. Except cost extra money of course. But Ryan is so special. I'm so happy for him that he's found a special, worthless diet. Good for you Ryan.

Exactly. Science is science. You’re either gluten-intolerant (Celiac) or not. It’s like being pregnant. You are or aren’t. I love all the “gluten sensitive” nonsense - it’s made certain companies a LOT of money! ??

Many fad diets have at least a little bit of science to support them, even if overall they are ineffective. But gluten-free diets have no science to support them, unless you have Celiac disease, which is about 1 out of 100 people.
