Nope. They decided to have 12 minute quarters in the second half against SC st a few years ago. Was not a running clock.

Just said Dabo offered a "running clock" to the Citadel HC . . . He refused, stating he wanted to make it as memorable to his players as he could . . .

I don't think they play but 4 games this year . . .

Yeah I heard that. Certainly news to me as I’ve never seen it in the gazillion college football games I’ve watched. I’m glad the Cit coach rejected it. Not fair to the backups or the fans who love to watch Clemson football and enjoy every second of it.

No they shortened the quarters to 12 minutes in the second half. That’s dumb too. The backups work too hard to have their playing time cut.
