No, they didn't. Every person in America that is not a Seahawks fans says it wasn't even close. I am not a fan of either team, and the refs blew it. The rule states a reception at the same time goes to the passing team, but possession gained subsequent to the catch does not constitute possession. Tate didn't catch the ball at the same time of the Packer receiver. Not even close.
