I'm talking about just rank and file Republicans.
In a Quinnipiac poll last month, 70 percent of likely voters said they trusted Centers for Disease Control and Prevention scientists more than Trump for information on the coronavirus, and two-thirds of Americans are either “somewhat” or “very” worried that they or someone they know will contract the virus. But 21 percent of Quinnipiac’s respondents — including 51 percent of Republicans — said they trusted Trump more than the scientists.
I simply don't understand how anyone could believe that Commercial Real Estate and building golf courses could possibly give any human being the knowledge to contradict or even understand the science of Epidemiology.
I just don't get it.

Do you ever think that many conservatives on here don’t really like trump? I like Most of his policy, but his personality as president is unbearable. I mean I have come to find his twitter feed more humorous than cringe at this point but that is because we are all used to it.
I didn’t vote for trump. I will be this year because you leftist fanatics are out of control.

21% of all respondents, which included 51% of Republican respondents. I believe that Independents probably make up the other 49% of the 21% that said they trust Trump over Scientists.
