Report: Willie Taggart returns to USF?

Willie Taggart is reportedly interested in a return to USF after the school fired head coach Charlie Strong on Sunday. Taggart was fired by Florida State last month after less than two seasons with the Seminoles

Good match. Taggart left USF in good shape when he went to Oregon. After one season of coasting on Taggart's players, Charlie Strong ran the program into the ground.

Taggart should be able to recruit USF back to being decent.

Will USF pay Taggart's buyouts to FSU, Oregon and (oh wait) themselves?

I know. Just making a joke about how FSU had to pay his buyout to Oregon and also Oregon's buyout to USF.
