uhh he came from Toledo. Rich Rod was a bigger name OC coming from Tulane

But he was a hot name at the time because he ran such a great O at Toledo. The point is you can just as easily strike out from the outside as you can from inside.

The last "big name" OC we have hired was Steve Ensminger back in 1997. He came to Clemson after Texas A&M and he was considered one of the hottest names out there. He hasn't advanced past the position coach level in college since.
