Remaining games tonight that effect the Bubble

Mar 15, 2019, 9:15 PM

Wichita St/ Temple

Oregon/ Arizona St.

Kansas/ WVU (possible bid steal)

There are a bunch of teams in that final 8 -12 to be considered, including Clemson, and nothing is happening so far to change that.

Who are we wanting to win in these games? Temple has lost already

Temple losing helps as long as Houston wins the championship. I think Oregon winning helps if Washington beats them in the championship. Most do not really matter as if metrics are the key factor we are in but if quality wins are we will not be in. We just do not know for sure. Most predictions have TCU in with a 7-13 Conference record if you include their tournament games. They only lost 1 OOC game tho. They beat Florida, Texas, and Iowa St(twice) but lost to Lipscomb(common oppt. that we beat) and have bad Ls against Okie St and WVU. We need Utah St to win their tourney now that Nevada is out tho.

I don't get the Big 12 bias...It is inconceivable that

multiple teams are still in consideration with a sub .500 conference record in a conference with 3 ranked teams(and an HM)

Yep it isn't right. No way a team 3 games or more under .500 in conference should be considered. It's not like the big 12 are all great teams. The ACC has 3 maybe 4 teams better than their best team. Texas Tech is pretty good. Kansas is on the level of VT and UL this year imo. Iowa St is up and down. Who else do they have?
