Happens after the play. It was 4th down and pos had changed.

Penalty assessed after the play - the yards were marked off against OSU after change of possession.

It was a dead ball foul since he was out of bounds. The play was over and OS got the ball as soon as the sorry ref said he did not make the first down.

Refs stink but they said it was after play-

the ball was already given to Ohio St as it was 4th down and they ruled we were stopped first and after the play was ruled dead-then the penalty came

Refs were correct on this call
It is pretty clear in the rule book

The possession is over when he went out of bounds
Late hit on buckeyes
15 yard penalty
First and 10 osu

100% correct and accurate call

Over. Since the play was 4th down, and we did not make the line to gain, the ball went over on downs and the penalty was administered before they put the ball in play.
