Keep wondering why there's such a discrepancy

ESPN & Rivals has Kelly as the #5 & #6 QB and a 4 star while Scout has him as the #29 QB and a 3 star; that's a huge difference. Wonder why Scout is not as impressed with him as the other two.

competition earlier this year you know he's legit and deserving of the high rankings. Not only did he clearly belong amongst the nation's elite high school players, he was very impressive in leading his team to the Championship in that competition.

The director of the Scout website was a huge Jim Kelly fan, however Jim Kelly refused to sign his Bills football, so he began to boycott anything to do with him.

I really have no idea, sounds believable though!

Seems as if a kid is not secheat, then ratings take a hit. Chad will do well at Clemson, and once again, Scout will look like they are clueless.
