I agree, he showed great improvement this year. That incompletion he caused in the endZone was key to us winning.

Garry had some tough moments this season (and even in that bowl game), but I agree that he's got a bright future here.
Our secondary, provided they stay healthy, should improve drastically next year. Breeland, Robinson, Peters and hopefully Alexander make up the 2 deep at corner. Jenkins at nickel. Blanks is an upgrade at FS. Will be interesting to see who wins the other safety spot (Smith, Geoheagan, Kearse, Davis).
Clemson should finally have some quality depth on defense in 13

yes I think that is a big key to this d maturing. we would see the front sporadically do things but this bowl was a sustained solid effort. I suspect the talent is there and that is a maturity aspect we are seeing

6 quality tackles all freshman and sophomores, and it looks like we will ad nice depth at end in this class. I think another spring and summer under some of these kids belts is just what the doctor ordered, certainly that month Brooks had with them in December showed.

Brooks is such a pro. That man has forgotten more football than most of his peers at other schools know. almost never smiles but his kids play hard for him

I met him at the Spring Game in 2011. Since my friend coached him, Gary hooked me, my friend (one of his former coaches), and another friend and his two sons up with sideline/locker room passes that day. He couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. Being in the locker room was awesome!
After the game, he gave his gloves to the two boys that were with us and signed a ton of autographs. Hoping that he can continue to develop and improve and be player for us.
