Quit Beechin!!!!!!!!!!!!! Monte's got this!

Coach Monte Lee will make this a stellar Program in the near future!!! I really do not think he is gonna bring home the National Trophy to Clemson this year and maybe you should not either. I saw him work magic here in Charleston and he left that program in far better shape than he found it. He will do the same at Clemson. Just give him a chance to find the Bus before you throw him under it!! Go Tigers!!!!!

I would hope nobody is throwing him under the bus yet, it will take 2-3 years to bring in his style of player and hopefully more pitching and defense.

What do you mean "his style of player?" Seth Beer, Chris Okey, not his style of player?

C'mon cb88.... true, those guys are good, but he Lee) 'inherited' everyone on today's team, and the OP's point is valid. Quit being so danged argumentative, and accept it for what is was meant to be: optimism in spite of some setbacks (losses).
Go Tigers!

I don't think anyone expected to win a natty this year. We have already done better than I thought we would, which shows Monte is a great coach and the right man for the job.
I think the only reason people are getting upset us because this team has shown it has real talent, and they haven't been playing up to that talent lately. Maybe we are what we are right now, but I hope we can get back to playing like we did the first half of the year. I know we are playing some tough teams, but we have the talent to win some series.

Monte just needs to get a few recruiting cycles in and the ACC has some of the best baseball in the nation top to bottom. Louisville has only loss one game at home so we knew this series would be tough. Monte will be fine im just glad to see clemson baseball competing the way that it should again.

So 8-9 is your idea of Clemson "competing" in ACC baseball. Want to hazard a guess how many losing ACC seasons we've have in the last 57 years?

Over 95% of his seasons involved over .500 in conference.

There is nobody blaming Lee for the team play as of late. I never expected this team to be elite this season. But there are a few players that are not putting in the work as it is reflected on their play.

how could you say whether anyone is not putting in the work without being in the dugout. smfh. we have people who are not playing well but my guess it is not from work ethic. in baseball everyone goes through bad stretches. it is called a slump.
