Question?

Nov 11, 2012, 11:18 PM

Does any miss back when the coaches would have to hold the players back on the hill? like everyone was so hype and so much energy. Nowadays its just kinda slowley happens now. dont get me wrong i love this and honestly no other college entrance beats it but does anyone miss that?

I thought it was cool how they were having to be held back, like tigers trying to get out of the rattled cage. I also miss how James Davis used to sprint to the rock from the bus, that was cool!

Why get a player hurt in a "hill stampede" when they can still show emotion and get the crowd fired up with a controlled entrance. The game results is important, not the player entrance.Remember, they are getting off the bus and running down the hill. Pretty easy to tweak a hamstring or turn an ankle. Ellington did it in one run against Duke!
