we were draggin' a worm...SOMETHING I HATE TO DO NOW...anyway, I had a 7 and half foot rod with a 3/4 ounce egg head weight on it, and I reared back and let it fly to get a lonnnng cast...and BAM, that weight smacked my buddy sqaure in the back of the head....He acted like he had been hit in the head by a grain of sand, BUT I KNOW IT HAD TO SMART....Good buddy he was...

Clemson signs Dabo to new 8 year deal. Their AD must be dumber than a baseball coach....
Once upon a time, Gamecock fans wondered if they would ever beat Clemson two years in a row, let alone five. Now Tiger supporters ponder the same thing as Swinney celebrates his newly inked multi-million deal.
When push comes to shove, Swinney's contract is essentially a concession by Radakovich and Clemson that, in terms of the Palmetto State rivalry, the salad days of past decades are over, and limiting USC to six wins over a 26-year span (1980-2005) will likely never happen again considering the significant financial resources and the superior coaching and administrative leadership available to USC now and in the future.
In short, Radakovich understood Clemson's "USC problem" isn't going away anytime soon regardless of who the Clemson coach is, so he decided to bite the bullet and give Swinney the dough.
Since then: South Carolina's average win total 2015-2019: 5.8 wins

Let's give them some bright spots. They scored as many points against us as Notre Dame did last season. We had 3 times the wins than they had loses. If they lost one more game, it would have been four times.
Along with their Coot gear they can also stow their Alabama bandwagon wear. They can now buy new Ohio State or LSU gear. Whichever school the sports media has anointed as having the best chance of beating Clemson. But they should wait until Sunday after the College Football Playoff selection show.
