Heard a story on the radio. A snake (boa constrictor) owner called in to talk to a vet guru about pet care, diet etc. In the course of the conversation the pet owner said that his snake would lay on the floor with him and stretch out straight, right beside him. The Vet told him to get rid of the snake, because the snake was measuring himself to see if he was big enough to eat the owner.
