Just read your post and TU’d you for “style points”.
We grilled steaks & chicken after assembling the Rockport Bistro Set & Parkbench for Lila’s Way (granddaughters fort & playground section of property)
Had a few close family members over and really enjoyed the evening.
Life is good..... these are “the days”!

I did the same as I do every day. Went for a walk, checked on my maters and cucumber plants, watched my flowers grow, and made sure the bird feeder is full and the hummingbird feeder is filled up. Saw 1 hummer (not the vehicle). I have to admit that there's a silver lining to the 'settle in place' thing, I've never seen my lawn look so awesome. I've already had 2 neighbors stop their cars to tell me how good it looks. Weird.

Poured all my used motor oil

I always dump my used motor oil in my neighbors backyard. I also scoop up my dog's poop and toss it in their yard too.

I worked. We burned 500,000 gallons of #2 fuel oil and untold cubic feet of natural gas starting a generator up after an outage. Back at it today. Life is good.
