I think Muschamp can survive at South Carolina for three or four years. The first two seasons will be spent righting the ship, instilling new programs, and recruiting. The third and fourth years should be winning games in Muschamp's system. If the Gamecocks are not winning, Muschamp is out.

I "totally" agree that he will last three,or four years,but on everything else we "totally" disagree.
Not even Will Muschamp could right this sinking ship,he doesn't know what a new program consists of,and he won't be able to recruit enough talent to make the program a contender.
He couldn't do at Florida.And the coots are even worse than the gators.

The best coaches are smart to stay away from South Carolina. They want to take over established programs and win quickly.

If he can win 7 or 8 games a year coots will keep him forever, they might even put up a huge banner on the roach.

Muschamp won't have to compete for SEC championships like he needed to at Florida.


I believe if he can win 7-8 games per year, he'll probably be fine.
