Lucky we don’t play in a powerhouse conf like the Big Ten....

Err - what’s that ? EMU beat the Fighting Illini ...
Wait the same Fighting Illini that beat notable Big Ten power houses Wisconsin and Michigan state?

Yeah the ACC is the worst P5 conference I’ve ever seen this season. I blame Florida State and Miami for that. So much potential in your conference.

Actually helped my bow pool that Pitt is going to pull this one out.

bowl games over the last ten years have really not been good indicators of teams' quality so much as their motivation for being there. Now the bowls mean nothing, the players skip, the stadiums are half empty. I wouldn't fret it. And you can turn right around and find the converse, some ACC team beats a power in a bowl game because the power didn't want to be there. Remember UCF over Auburn for their "Natty"?

uof6c's 30 - 0 loss to UVa in the Belk Bowl last year was because the Capons didn't want to be there and everyone knew the Hoos really weren't that much better if better at all?
